中国美术学院美丽中国研究院树立 "学院、社会互为智库" 的发展理念，坚持 "中国美术助力美丽中国" 的文化担当，力求统合环境之美、生活之美、社会之美、时代之美、百姓之美，贯通精神文化之美与物质生活之美，深耕浙江、辐射全国，助力 "美丽中国" 建设、促进生态文明发展。
The Academy of Art & Design, China Academy of Art's Institute for a Beautiful China has established a development philosophy of the academy and society serving as mutual think tanks. Upholding the cultural commitment that "Chinese art contributes to a Beautiful China," it is dedicated to integrating the beauty of the environment, everyday life, society, the times, and the people; to connecting the beauty of spiritual culture with the beauty of material life; to deeply cultivating Zhejiang while radiating influence nationwide; and to supporting the construction of a "Beautiful China" and promoting the development of ecological civilization.

Urban and Rural Development & Art Think Tank
以中国美术学院的国家级师资、高层次平台为依托，集结校内外优质学术资源，搭建具有理论 研究能力及社会实践经验的城乡发展智库平台。
Relying on the China Academy of Art's nationally recognized faculty and high-level platforms, and bringing together high-quality academic resources from inside and outside the school, it establishes an urban-rural development think tank platform with theoretical research capability and social practice experience.
公共美学 教育中心
Public Aesthetics & Education Center
秉持「专业化、品牌化、特色化」的发展目标，充分发挥中国美术学院在文艺人才培养、艺术理论研究、文创设计智造、文旅融合发展、城市美学提升、乡村振兴建设等方面的学科与人才优势；致力于构建一支学院名师领衔、校外专家学者助阵的优秀师资团队，开发兼具时代性、实效性和实用性的精品课程体系，打造新型教育服务综合平台。
Composed of six thematic research co-creation centers, it links resources from academia, government, and society to produce forward-looking results, generate corresponding academic research reports, and create relevant process templates to provide collaborative support for local development.
